Exchange & refund policy

We are a small start-up company, so exchanges and returns have a big impact on our performance. However, we want each of you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we have an exchange and refund policy. However, before ordering, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to consult the size chart and to communicate with customer service in case of questions. Thank you for your collaboration :)


The accepted reasons for exchanges are: wrong size, error in your order, damaged or defective item.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to have a refund instead of an exchange. The product must meet the conditions mentioned below, otherwise it will not be refunded.


- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your package.

- The product must not have been worn (only tried on)

- The product must not have been damaged or worn

- The product must be in its original condition, with tags

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (exchange and refund)

- The shipping costs (exchange) of the new product are the responsibility of the customer

In the event of an error on the part of the company in processing your order, the costs will be borne by us. However, the other conditions apply, unless the damage was not caused by the customer.


Contact our customer service by email ( and enter the following information:

- Your full name

- Your order number

- Exchange or refund and the reason. Indicate as much detail as possible, this will help us for the future.

- Exchange: indicate the old size and the new one you want.

- Confirmation that the conditions mentioned in this policy are met.

- Your full return address

We will process your request within 24-48 working hours.
You will receive a confirmation from us as well as the procedure to follow for the return.
